At Cone & Faiber, we do our best to ship orders quickly and with care. Most orders are shipped the next business day, with the exception of Mondays.

All items are securely packed in boxes to ensure safe delivery. We ship all orders directly from our store in Portland, Oregon, using USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on USPS and your location.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within standard USPS delivery windows, depending on the service selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping through USPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
