Turn counts are adjustable. Final fit also depends on gauge and turn placement.

Choose the number of neckline stitches using your gauge swatch.
Cast on the calculated number of stitches plus one extra stitch to join in the round.
When you're ready to shape the back neck, after ribbing or any other neckline finish, work a setup round and place the markers.
Follow the diagram counterclockwise. The first turning point is highlighted. Tap it when completed to highlight the next one.
Make increases before and after each raglan line on right-side rows only.
If both increases around a raglan line cannot be worked symmetrically, skip both. This can happen near the front.
