This one is a soft white square with the ChiaoGoo mark embossed on the front, a stitched leather-look pull tab, and a small metal ring so it can clip onto a bag or hang with your notions. It looks like something, which is more than most measuring tapes manage.
The tape pulls out to 150 cm / 60 in and retracts cleanly back into the case. Inches on one side, centimeters on the other, so whatever units your pattern uses, you're covered. Long enough for a body measurement, a sleeve length, or checking the span of a shawl on the blocking mat.
