Add your yarn and supplies to your cart and select Canada as your delivery country.
At checkout, you will see your shipping cost and the applicable Canadian taxes and duties before you pay.
Pay the displayed total at checkout. Applicable taxes and duties are already included.
Your order is shipped to Canada. When it arrives, you simply receive your package without an additional tax or duty bill.
Why DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct?
Canadian orders using this prepaid service are shipped with DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct.
This is the shipping method connected to our prepaid taxes and duties checkout. It allows the full landed cost to be calculated and collected before your order is shipped.
Because of this, FedEx is not available for this prepaid-duty option. The advantage is simple: you see the shipping cost, taxes and duties at checkout, pay everything upfront, and avoid surprise charges when your package arrives.
And yes, the 10% discount still applies.
Canadian customers still receive our regular 10% discount on orders of $250 or more.
